We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the policy below:

30-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Defective or Faulty Items

If your item is found to be defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately. Once confirmed, we will offer:

A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
A full refund, including any original postage charges.

You will not be required to cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items. We will provide instructions on how to return the item at no cost to you.

Change of Mind / Buyer Request Returns

If the item is not defective and was delivered as described, you still have the right to return it within 30 days. However:

You are responsible for return postage costs.
Original delivery charges (if any) will not be refunded.
The item must be returned in unused and resalable condition.
